Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service from Williamsburg, VA. They typically ship in 2 to 3 business days. Shipping rates are determined by purchase price.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping for our online store is between $9.95 and $11.95, but orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Shipments for diplomas are the exception, and they ship for $25.00.

Return Shipping

We'll cover all shipping for any return or exchange resulting from a mistake of ours. For all other exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. For all other refunds, you will responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.

Exclusions may apply, and we do reserve the right to make exceptions to any part of this policy under certain circumstances, but please ask us if you have any questions or concerns about any item that you might need to return.
